A $50 CAD deposit (via EMT) secures your booking. We’ll confirm the date, style (family, portrait, kids, indoor, outdoor, etc.), and discuss details like location, outfits, and even your child’s nap schedule to ensure the best timing.
Make-Up Artist (MUA): If selected, we’ll meet 3 hours before your session for professional makeup.
2. During the Photoshoot
Our goal is to create timeless, heartfelt images that truly capture your family’s love and connection. Whether you’re looking for candid family moments, elegant Vancouver couple photography, or fun portraits with your kids, we’ll guide you naturally for the best shots.
From the stunning waterfront of West Vancouver to the lush parks of North Vancouver, we’ll choose the perfect backdrop to complement your story.
3. After the Photoshoot
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a sneak peek with color-enhanced photos. Your full collection (based on your package) will be delivered within 3-5 days, professionally edited to preserve your best memories.

Sessions can last from 45 minutes to a full day, depending on your choice. Our team will arrive early to meet you and create a comfortable, cheerful atmosphere for your photography experience.

What is your policy for rescheduling or canceling a session?

If you need to reschedule due to weather or personal plans, we are happy to accommodate within one month. In Vancouver, we closely monitor the weather forecast 1-2 days before the shoot. If cancellation is necessary, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can transfer the session deposit to a friend and the session has to be confirmed within 2 months.
How long does it take to receive our photos after the session?

Post-editing is important to image quality. We will provide at least 10 color-enhanced photos within 48 hours. The rest of the color-enhanced photos will be ready within 3-5 days. You can then choose photos for further detailed refinement, which will be completed within 3 days. The number of refined photos depends on the package you select.
What should we bring to the photo session?

Feel free to bring any props, toys, or personal items that you would like to include in the photos. These can add a personal touch to your session.
How should we prepare our children for the photo session?

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor session?

We monitor the weather forecast closely and will keep in touch with you to reschedule if necessary. In Vancouver, 40% chance of raining can mean 2 hours of shower and cloud for half a day. Cloudy weather can often be ideal for photos, but we will adjust plans as needed.
Can we bring multiple outfits for the session?

Absolutely! We encourage outfit changes to capture different looks. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
How shall we prepare for in-house family photos?

We will spend some time to discuss with you about the outfit ideas to best match the photoshoot topic and venue. We will bring professional light equipment if the light condition is not as ideal.
How many photos will we receive, and in what format?

The number of photos you receive depends on the package you choose. You will receive high-resolution digital jpg files after post editing is completed.
Do you provide retouching and editing services?

Yes, all selected photos will be professionally color-enhanced and edited. In your photo package, your selected photos will be further refined and retouched in details. We focus on enhancing natural beauty while maintaining a realistic look.
What if there's no show at the schedule photoshoot?

We will be on time and we expect our clients to be on time. We will do our best to accommodate minor delays up to 30 minutes, however, any delay longer than 30 minutes will count as no show. If the client hasn't contacted us to reschedule on the photo day at least 2 hours in advance and doesn't show 30 minutes after the scheduled photo shoot, unfortunately, the deposit will be forfeited.
